Flora Lunaria white glazed stoneware with floral motif vase

Flora is a collection of large-scale vases made from white refractory stoneware, decorated using the traditional sgraffito technique. Each pattern is entirely hand-drawn directly onto the clay, with intentionally irregular and asymmetrical compositions — a reflection of the wild, untamed growth found in nature. For this collection, I selected a variety of unconventional plant species that, in my imagination, grow in wild gardens or neglected landscapes. This work becomes a kind of botanical and emotional catalogue, engraved in clay as a tribute to the beauty of the biodiversity that still surrounds us. This particular vase is decorated with the floral motif of Lunaria, an ancient plant still commonly found in wild gardens. The decoration is hand-engraved and naturally asymmetric. The interior is glazed, making it suitable to hold water and fresh flowers. Unique piece.
