A stunning and evocative piece designed by Elena Cutolo as a tribute to life partners Gertrude Stein, American novelist, poet, playwright and Alice Toklas, member of the Parisian avant-garde, who hosted the famous “salons” at 27 rue de Fleurus in Paris in 1920s. This bench is made of bent aluminum and features a mix of sharp angles and soft curves with bold colors. The rectangular seat is decorated with purple squares over a black background and the two tall backrests have a fire-red finish. This captivating piece works well in contemporary living rooms, bedrooms, lounge, and hallway areas.
