Himba Cabinet

The Himba cabinet, a black-stained solid ash box with built-in shelves, has closing doors composed of an ash frame and woven rope. The weave is traditionally designed on an orthogonal frame, except in its central part, where a lighter pattern of weaving made with a single thread makes the vertical direction of the warp visible. Also available in natural, walnut-stained ash and with a black rope weave.
