Malandrina Pitcher

This poetic and colorful pitcher is fashioned of ceramic and takes the shape of a traditional Sicilian wicker wine bottle called “bummolo malandrino” (“crazy vase” in English). The pitcher’s sinuous silhouette of a woman is defined by a light, pale blue summer dress and flowing red hair which is shaped to function as the handle of the pitcher.
