Part of the 2022 “Corale Corviale” artistic residence in the outskirts of Rome, this singular pen-on-paper drawing on wrapping paper depicts the silhouette of an archaic nature goddess. A fierce ode to femininity, it stands in contrast to the sterile, male-centric architecture the artist identifies with Roman public housing – built were once was a temple for pantheistic cults.
