Totuccio Street Vendor of Peppers Head Vase

This sculptural vase results from the fresh and visionary approach of ceramist Patrizia Italiano. Part of a series dedicated to Sicilian street vendors, this anthropomorphic piece in matt white ceramic was inspired by Totuccio – a male vendor of peppers – and can be displayed alongside its female counterpart for a cohesive statement. The ears are accented in green, while the lips and the crown of peppers are painted in vibrant red and finished with crystalline for a glossy look.
