Turtle Limited Edition Case by Marcantonio

Part of the Wooderkammer Collection produced in a limited edition of only eight, this unconventional sculpture-cabinet is a statement-making piece composed of two contrasting elements. The turtle is entirely hand-carved from a single section of a tree trunk and supports a tall wooden case embellished with an exquisite inlay of sinuous branches executed entirely by hand. The interior is finished in olive green and the exterior features the fragile icon sign on one side, the artist logo and item number on the other, and “Handle with Care” in front.
