Part of the “Visione Di Città Future” Collection, this singular tapestry was handcrafted by textile artist Marta Pederzoli by weaving fibers from recycled PET bottles. A dramatically tapered Tower of Babel rises from a sober, urban skyline, a luminous cable car adding a lively and hopeful accent to the gloomy, gray-toned background. Humans are not depicted, offering food for thought that is as stimulating as it is dismal, as intended by designer Ennio Nonni.
